Who will perform my treatment?
Highly experienced and fully qualified practitioners. The expertise of the practitioner is just as important as the technology used.
How do you choose which technology to use?
We choose our platforms — including Candela — based on extensive research and clinical experience, and our Scientific Lead reviews new treatments and technologies through an evidence-based lens.
Are the treatments personalised?
Yes. Every plan begins with a consultation and is tailored to your skin, your goals and your natural features.
Do you treat men as well as women?
Yes. We offer laser hair removal for men and women, and our published results include male patients. Your practitioner will confirm what suits you at your consultation.

Are your prices published?
Yes. Every price is listed on our prices page, including single sessions and courses where available.
Do courses cost less per session?
Yes. Where courses are offered (for example laser hair removal, RF treatments and PRP) the per-session price is lower than a single session.
